Private yoga class
We all know that it can be difficult to fit in a regular yoga practice in our daily schedules and to find the time to visit a yoga studio.
Whether you are new to yoga or more experienced a private class can deepen your practice.
A typical class will consist of a warming dynamic flow where we connect the breath with the movement and cooling postures that help us access the deeper muscles in the body. If you need to wind down the class can consist of Yin and Restorative positions to give you a nice moment of rest.
The class can take place at your own home and we bring yoga mats, blocks and blankets. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and a small towel.
The class can be held in Norwegian or English.
Note: For safety during Covid-19 please bring your own yoga mat or a yoga towel to cover the mat.
